Brad is a partner at Sanders Pianowski, LLP and practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, labor and employment law, corporate and business advising, creditors’ rights, personal injury, insurance law and defense, and appellate law.  Prior to joining Sanders Pianowski, LLP, Brad graduated with high distinction from Indiana University-South Bend, having earned his undergraduate degree with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences and minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice.  Thereafter, Brad earned his law degree, cum laude, from the Valparaiso University School of Law.

Brad is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and the State of Michigan.  Brad also is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Brad is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Michigan State Bar Association, and the Elkhart City Bar Association.  In 2016 Brad was named to the Michiana Top 40 under 40 for the region’s most talented and dedicated young executives who demonstrate career success and community engagement. Brad also is licensed as a private pilot and is an active member of the Mishawaka Pilot’s Club and Mishawaka Air Activities, Inc.

Brad and his wife Jennifer, along with their daughters Anne Marie and Alexa Lynne, are life-long residents of Elkhart County.
