背景

Luz joined CFETI in December 2025 as an Instructional Designer with six years of experience supporting faculty in public and military institutions of higher education. She partners with instructors to develop online courses, strengthen accessibility-informed design, and implement instructional strategies that promote equitable and engaging learning. Her experience also extends to designing custom digital learning experiences used at scale. She looks forward to contributing to CFETI’s mission and making an impact through thoughtful and learner-centered design.

Luz holds a Master of 科学 in Instructional 科学 and Technology from CSU Monterey Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in Political 科学 (Legal Studies) from CSU Chico.
