This guide will provide the steps to have a mobile telepresence cart or classroom join a 变焦 meeting session that you are hosting.

第1部分：登录变焦并开始会话的步骤。

1. 请登录https://sjsu.zoom.us。 To log into your 变焦 account, click on the “Sign In” button.

第2部分：邀请和加入会议

1. 一旦会话开始，选择您的音频偏好并连接您的音频/视频。 Note: If you plan to use the mobile cart or room audio, mute your audio once connected to avoid feedback.

3. 出现三个邀请选项。 点击“房间系统”选项卡和“拨号”选项卡。 注意拨号和会议ID号码。

4. Using the Control panel in the room or on the cart, enter the Dial number, including the periods. The Dial number, an IP address, looks similar to this: 162.255.37.11 Then press the green Call button.

5. After clicking the Call button, the room or cart will display an incoming call message. 请注意屏幕底部的配对代码。

6. 输入配对码（本例中为NCDPF），然后按蓝色的Invite按钮。

7. 变焦会议界面显示“设备已连接”消息。 The cart/room has now successfully joined the meeting.
