学术调度与空间管理 (AS&SM), a sub-unit of 学术业务与战略运营 (ABSO) under the 教务长办公室, work closely with the colleges, departments, and other campus partners to facilitate scheduling of academic classes and ensure that space is assigned appropriately, utilized efficiently, and reported accurately.

AS&SM collaborates with the 学术调度用户组 (ASUG) on a monthly basis to provide updates and reminders on day-to-day operations and processes. AS&SM leverages the cross-divisional representation of the 学术排班咨询工作组 (ASAW) to discuss areas of improvement and ideas to improve operational effectiveness.
